- Transmits or routes memoranda and delivers written communications and documents to parties or entities concerned.
- Prepares drafts of letters and correspondences.
- Facilitates the application and renewal of notarial commission, updating of regular professional fees and assessments.
- Facilitates the processing of request and applications with the parties or entities concerned from beginning to end.
- Performs archiving functions of the department.
- Coordinates the needed functions of the department to other groups.
- Notarization of documents.
- Preparation of monthly notarial reports and ensure timely filing to court.
- Performs other liaison tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of a 4 year course preferably political science or legal management, or any related course
- With at least 6 months of experience in liaison and clerical work
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills.
- Good human relation skills
