    Ideal Profile

    Requirements

    • Expertise in Sales, Financial Advisory, and Customer Service: Minimum of 3 years in financial advisory with a significant focus on sales and customer experience.
    • Strategic Planning Abilities: Skill in crafting and executing strategies that unify financial advisory goals with sales and customer experience objectives.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and team performance in financial advisory, sales, and customer service.
