Job Summary
We're hiring Accounts Payable—(Project-Based) for Southwestern University Medical Center's financial flow.The position manages supplier accounts and ensures proper documentation prior to check preparation.
Responsibilities
- Receives and validates documents for payment from materials management department
- Filing of AP/Check vouchers
- In charge of sending documents to school and Manila for signing
- Maintains file of POs,CV’s,JV’s
