Sales Stylist / Senior Sales Stylist

Joining Levi Strauss & Co. as a Sales Stylist/Senior Sales Stylist means immersing yourself in a culture that thrives on change and embraces innovation. Your role will entail delivering a personalized and exceptional consumer experience. Centered on the consumer, the Sales Stylist will effectively enhance all in-store interactions, leveraging tools, tech, and evolving techniques to drive sales. The ideal Levi's Sales Stylist is consumer-oriented, forward-thinking, proactive, and goes beyond mere tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Focused on delivering a seamless in-store consumer experience
• Creating a dynamic and engaging store environment by actively interacting with consumers and influencing team members to emulate positive behaviors
• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to empathize, communicate, and establish genuine connections with consumers, making them feel valued
• Consistently meeting store sales targets, enhancing sales through exceptional customer service to ensure store profitability
• Participating in maintaining visual standards as per merchandising guidelines, leading to impeccable product presentation and store upkeep
• Owning a range of activities such as Visual Merchandising and assisting in tasks beyond the designated role
• Handling deliveries, organizing the stockroom, adhering to health and safety protocols, and meeting operational standards
• Accurately carrying out merchandise processes, including receiving and sending, along with price changes and ticketing procedures
• Reviewing store sales and KPIs to pinpoint sales opportunities in collaboration with Store Manager/Supervisor
• Demonstrating accountability for store growth, serving as a role model within the team to foster collective responsibility for store performance

Our Ideal Candidate

• A deep passion for the Brand and embodying our values
• Preferably 2 years of experience as a Salesperson in a Fashion Retailer or lifestyle brand. While sales experience is valued, a strong Brand affinity is also welcome
• Skilled in storytelling and influencing, with clear, confident communication to build lasting relationships
• Proficient in English
• Familiar with store operations, including targets and profitability metrics
• Extensive knowledge of denim is a significant advantage
• Tech-savvy, embracing and promoting new in-store technologies
• A hands-on approach, willing to undertake light manual tasks when needed
• Prior experience in tailoring is a plus
• Preferably completed 2 years of College coursework, vocational training, or a bachelor's degree
