Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.


Minimum Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS grad with or without BPO experience

Good Communication Skills

Candidates must be willing to work with us on site.

No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 days​

Not a former Teleperformance employee

Not currently enrolled or employed.

Computer literate and good web navigation skills​

Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.
