Job summary
The Registration Officer for Data Processing serves as the primary liaison between the University and government agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance.- Liaison Coordinates with CHED PRC CSC and other government agencies or offices in order to promptly Secure information for guidelines on procedures of policy and compliance with regulation requirements.
- Generates and submits compliance requirements on enrollment graduation Notarized list of Graduates to PRC Honors Graduates to Civil Service Commission NSTP completion with serial number Coordinates with administrative offices regarding preparation and submission of CHED reports Submits and follows-up Certification Authentication Verification CAV requests Endorsement letter from the Registrar Transcript of Records Diploma for graduated students Transcript of Records certificate of enrollment for undergraduate students Prepares CAV Processing Form CAV claim stubs to be released to students Relays university inquiries to CHED as needed Curricular matters CHED policies guidelines pertaining a degree course or requirements others Oversees proper implementation special projects assigned time such but not limited Accurate prompt report generation SQL queries scripts running AISIS modules Ensures integrity database maintaining updating AISIS modules Degree Maintenance module Professor Maintenance module Subject Maintenance Room Maintenance AISIS Dates Maintenance Assists in Checking Course Description Cancelation Void Transcript Serial Number Monitoring Minor Specialization prior printing Transcripts Printing Transcript Records candidates graduation Training orienting members Documents team Use AISIS modules Compliance procedures regulations liaising work government offices agencies Attends data requests departments offices student organizations companies non Ateneo clients semestral honors enrollment Data number graduates Batch ranking Honors list Students Cumulative QPI Honorably Dismissed Students Report submission grades Contributes regular process reviewing office processes systems procedures improve teams efficiency level community Participates performance planning evaluation development Performs work related tasks required immediate supervisor authorized representative Minimum Qualifications Knowledge Skills Abilities Good communication Proficient MS Office applications Mid High Level Competencies Self Management Self Development Problem solving Technical Knowledge Skills Proactive Initiative Networking Teamwork Education Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree field at least years work experience Experience academe data processing advantage
