We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to mentor leaders, influence performance, and collaborate across teams.
What You'll DoAs our next Assistant Operations Manager, you will:
Partner closely with the Operations Manager to design and implement strategies that boost efficiency, quality, and overall performance
Plan staffing and shift patterns to ensure we meet demand while optimizing productivity.
Analyze key operational metrics and generate insights that drive action.
Mentor and guide Team Leads, helping them excel through coaching, huddles, and ongoing development
Identify training needs and lead initiatives to upskill the team
Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that inspires teamwork and high performance.
Handle escalations, conduct audits, investigate issues, and ensure smooth operational flow.
What We're Looking For
A graduate or someone with at least 2 years of college in a related field (Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years of work experience and 3 years of leadership experience
Exceptional communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, independence, and time/stress management abilities.
