    To provide basic to intermediate technical support for systems deployed and used in the company's newsroom

    A Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Provide first level technical support on incidents and technical failures on news room computer system.2. Coordinates with the with other linked departments (e.g. Network Engineering, IT Dept.) for appropriate corrective actions on technical issues that arisesinside the news room. B.


    Competencies:
    1. Knowledgeable in basic IT system administration2. Knowledgeable in standard newsroom computer system like AVID, EMPS, etc


    C Qualifications:
    1.


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other degree in Math and Sciences


    2 Work Experience:
    Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as an IT Support personnel but new graduates are acceptable
