We are looking for a confident and results-driven
Appointment Setter
to join a growing home services company specializing in the installation of business and residential security systems.
Our target market includes
mortgage brokers
, so this role requires someone who can communicate professionally, build rapport quickly, and represent the brand with confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Handle
inbound and outbound leads
professionally - Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Conduct consistent
follow-ups
via phone, email, and SMS - Reschedule no-shows, missed calls, and calendar conflicts
- Manage and update CRM records accurately
- Support
email and SMS marketing campaigns - Create short-form content such as
reels and edited videos - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice
- Proven experience in
appointment setting - Strong CRM management skills
- Experience with
GoHighLevel, , and - Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
