    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Malay Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse customer base, with proficiency in both Malay and English languages.


    Responsibilities:


    Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

    Assisting customers in both Malay and English languages, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    Providing product or service information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers.
    Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
    Collaborating with team members and other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.
    Maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
