    Program design2.1.1 Designs and develops approved training programs thru research and benchmarking2.1.2 Develops related training materials such as handouts, brochures or training cards.2.1.3 Ensures that all training programs are updated when necessary2.2 Implementation and conduct of training programs2.2.1 Prepares the annual training plan as directed by the HR Manager and management2.2.2 Schedules the annual training calendar and communicates this to all employees and/orrelated parties.2.2.3 Coordinates with the department heads for mandatory training of employees.2.2.4 Ensures that training programs are conducted as scheduled and any cancellations arecommunicated immediately to the participants.2.3 Competency and skills trainings2.3.1 Develops and designs competency leveling for technical positions in the company andupdates it as necessary2.3.2 In coordination with the respective skills experts, develops and designs the competencyand skills trainings2.3.3 Monitors and reports on the development of each employee's skill level according to theapproved competency design2.4 Documentation2.4.1 Maintains and monitors the database of training of all employees2.4.2 Processes and releases training certificates2.4.
