    Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish English Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our team around Workers Compensation and Medical Insurance Coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workers compensation and medical insurance processes, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the coordination of workers compensation and medical insurance claims.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both Spanish and English.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and transactions.
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
    • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
    • Stay updated on changes in workers compensation and medical insurance regulations.
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Previous experience in workers compensation, medical insurance, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Familiarity with customer service best practices.
