- At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy /Business Studies/Administration Management or any related field.
- Preferably with background as collection officer as well as handling of all cash and checks payments.
- At least 2 years of significant working experience in related field.
- Basic knowledge of banking systems and processes
- Good MS Office skills particularly excel.
- Interpersonal Skills.

- Checks, verifies and validates all collection reports submitted from Converge secondary business units to ensure accuracy and completeness of the report.
- Validates the completeness and accuracy of all systems collection input to ensure reliable financial information.
- Submits reviewed collection report to Financial Reporting Department and Audit Team.
- Checks petty cash replenishment from PCF custodian.
- Encodes bank statement transactions (receipts, disbursements, etc.) and maintains records in ERP for bank reconciliation preparation and intercompany transactions (other deposits, sundry payments and all other non-subscriber transaction)
- Maintains organized filing of all Treasury related documents (unreleased checks, bank statements, accountable forms like official receipts and invoices).
- Ensures complete turn-over of all received payment vouchers to General Accounting Department.
