- Monitors and ensures achievement of sales target thru acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolio.
- Analyzes and endorses proposals to Immediate Superiors based on an approved limit on rates
- Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations and negotiations with Clients.
- Analyzes and recommends pricing, benefits packages, etc. to Immediate Superior to ensure closure of the account/renewal of account.
- Analyze, discuss and negotiate with clients for closing and renewal of account of account.
- Collates data, analyzes, and prepares Client proposals based on pricing from Actuarial and Sales, updates presentation materials and correspondences, and endorses them to Immediate Superior for approval and pricing and benefit concern for disposition.
- College Graduate of 4-5 year-course, preferably: Business Management or any Medical Allied Course
- Experience in HMO / Insurance industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. English and Filipino.
