Fluor Gliwice is part of the Fluor Corporation based in the USA, a provider of professional and technical solutions in the field of technical consulting, design and investment project management.
Fluor in Gliwice operates under the Urban Solutions and Energy Solutions business lines.

We have extensive experience, in particular in the implementation of investment projects for segments such as:

• Life Sciences (pharmacy, biotechnology)
• Advanced Technologies (battery industry, database centers)
• Chemicals (chemistry, petrochemistry, refineries).

In connection with the growth of our Construction structures, we are seeking those interested in their career development in the position of:

CSA Supervisor

Location:
Nysa (on site)


Key responsibilities include:
. Participation in construction planning.
. Providing construction input for the development of the CMR and operational risk evaluation for the CSA scope.
. Coordination of CSA works for the Project.
. Weekly review of construction schedule with contractor and weekly review of detailed design.
. Reviewing and signing Executive raports.
. Monitoring the progress of CSA work for accuracy and compliance with health and safety regulations (OSH).

Basic Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

. Min. 8 years' industrial site experience in a similar position, related to the control of the scope of CSA on the project.
. Degree in Engineering field of study.
. Knowledge in the field of Civil, Structural and Architectural.
. Ability to work on projects from the concept stage through construction and project closure.
. Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
. Strong organizational and communication skills.
