Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a Network and Systems Administrator. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining network infrastructure, providing system administration and technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role requires collaboration with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve network and system functionality. Additionally, the Network and Systems Administrator will contribute to system upgrades and deployments while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and stability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in System Administration and Network Administration
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities
- Solid background in Information Technology, with knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of network security practices and protocols
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are an advantage
