Job Title: Service Crew
Location: SM Aura - Taguig
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and beverages following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and kitchen areas
- Handle cash and process payments properly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate / College level
- With or without experience (experience in food industry is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented and hardworking
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php695.00 per month
