    The Head of IT Operations is reporting directly to the Head of IT & Digitalization and is responsible for overseeing the operational and technological functions of BPI MS Insurance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    1 Operational Management:

    · Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments, including production, logistics, and customer service.

    · Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

    · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

    · Ensure IT solutions delivery especially on the BAU operations. Ensure helpdesk timely delivery of IT Helpdesk and tickets are managed efficiently.

    2 IT Oversight:

    · Monitors the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations.

    · Lead IT initiatives, System Requests and Enhancements including system implementations and upgrades, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

    · Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT solutions support operational needs and enhance overall performance.

    3 Leadership and Collaboration:

    · Provide leadership and direction to departmental managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    · Work closely with the Head of IT & Digitalization to develop strategies that drive operational excellence and technological advancement.

    · Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

    4 Compliance and Risk Management:

    · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational and IT activities.

    · Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4-year course graduate
    • 3-7 years experience in handling people
    • 4-8 years of relevant working experience in IT Operations (with experience in Project Management, QA Testing, Infrastructure, and Software Developing is a plus)
    • Relevant working experience in the non-life insurance industry (life insurance is okay)
    • Must be amenable to work in Makati
