The Product Associate assists the Division Head and Product Officers in the management and marketing of products to achieve the product's credit portfolio growth and profitability target.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assists the Agribusiness Product Officer in responding to queries and requests from the Relationship Management Group on the managed products
• Assists in the development of marketing and communications program plans and proposals
• Assists the Agribusiness Product Officer in the preparation of periodic portfolio-related reports to management, and updating and maintaining weekly pipelines and call reports.
• Assists in the tagging of agribusiness accounts. Coordinates and monitors production of internal and external marketing, communications, and educational materials (e.g. banners, brochure, videos, broadcasts etc.)
• Coordinates with the Bank's Corporate Communications representative for marketing and campaigns.
• Prepares internal management reports, as necessary.
• Processes and monitors the Division's expenses.
• Monitors use and safekeeping of the Division's assets as well as inventory of office supplies and giveaways.
