Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate is an operational specialist responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of key recruitment administration tasks.This role ensures the smooth progression of candidates from initial application through to onboarding, acting as a crucial link between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Job Requisitions (JR), including Campus and internal conversion requests.
- Perform weekly JR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
