Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection, and contributing to overall store sales. The role includes maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Provide accurate product information and make helpful recommendations.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
- Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging new stocks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the sales area.
- Process sales transactions accurately (cashiering may be included).
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support overall store operations as required.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level.
- Preferably with retail or customer service experience (not required).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle fast-paced environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php695.00 per day
