Screening and assessing the eligibility, personal characteristics, skills and interest of the
clients thoroughly via one-on-one interview and/or group sessions.
Advise and provide appropriate help to the client/s to what program they fit in based on their goals and motivation.
Research new marketing ways on how to promote the programs to the potential clients. .
Maintain a database of all the previous and current clients they had engaged.
Analyzes demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing performance.
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.
Layout, designs and create Marketing and Promotional materials for the company.
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available during Man-to-Man approach to the clients.
Answer question and schedules appointment of clients for consulting.
Monitors and maintains a list of all messaged accounts for follow up.
ÂMake sure that KPI (Key Performance Indicator/s) are met and reflected during performance
evaluation.

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent English communications skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purpose of engaging the clients in signing up.
Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player and achiever.
Must have the ability to deal and work under pressure in order.
