Job summary
The Officer Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning supports implementation of the MEAL work plan to improve program quality and performance.Responsibilities
* Promote Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse standards* Apply MEAL principles with emphasis on AAP CHS and country-specific reporting requirements
* Support implementation of MEAL and accountability policies procedures.
Skills
* Knowledge of data pitfalls issues and strategies for assessing the quality of collected data* Knowledge of commonly used probability purposive sampling techniques different methods qualitative quantitative data collection analysis Excel Pivot tables other advanced analysis software
