    FILINVEST HOTEL: Timberland Highlands Resort

    Timberland Highlands Resort is in search of a skilled and dedicated Captain Waiter to lead our restaurant crew in providing top-notch dining experiences for our visitors. As a Captain Waiter, your role will involve supervising the dining room service, coordinating the efforts of the waitstaff, and ensuring guests enjoy attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the waitstaff activities to ensure smooth and efficient service during meal periods.
    • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements when necessary.
    • Offer knowledgeable and courteous assistance to guests regarding menu items, specials, and beverage options.
    • Take precise orders and communicate them to the kitchen team, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
    • Monitor the dining room ambiance and guest satisfaction levels, promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Assist in setting up tables, ensuring that table settings, linens, and tableware meet the presentation standards of Timberland Highlands Resort.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain the proper timing and flow of service throughout the dining experience.
    • Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables to create a neat and welcoming environment.
    • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with diplomacy and tact, always striving to exceed their expectations.
    • Train and guide new waitstaff members, offering direction on service standards, protocols, and customer interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
    • Prior experience as a Captain Waiter or in a similar leadership position in a high-end dining establishment or upscale hospitality venue.
    • Thorough understanding of food and beverage service techniques, including formal dining etiquette.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a warm and professional attitude.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
    • Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to guests.
