Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will own the technical direction of Salesforce and AWS solutions across large-scale digital platforms. You'll lead engineers, design secure and scalable architectures, drive integration strategy, and ensure engineering excellence-delivering robust solutions that support high-traffic, mission-critical property systems.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5-7+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in agile, enterprise-scale environments
• Expert-level Salesforce development skills including Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), async processing, security models, and governor limits
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with API-based and event-driven architectures (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, external services)
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery across squads
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or revenue-related clouds (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kafka, or similar
• Solid background in CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and release reliability
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, performance optimisation, and multi-cloud integration
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Staff Engineer
• Nice to have: Salesforce Architect or Platform Developer II certification, AWS certifications, or experience with design systems and Web Components

• Shape and execute the technical strategy for Salesforce and AWS integrations
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate in developing product strategies and OKRs through technical insights
• Oversee system health and engineering compliance within Salesforce architectures
• Facilitate operational excellence of solutions, ensuring accountability and responsiveness
• Promote engineering best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, TDD, and automation
• Align Salesforce development with REA standards and integration strategies
• Contribute to strategic business cases leveraging Salesforce and AWS capabilities
• Support cross-functional collaboration across Salesforce systems for cohesive service delivery
• Evaluate and respond to critical technical challenges and objectives
