    Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
    Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis.
    Resolve queries from the customer by answering calls within the timeframe assigned.
    Qualification
    • At least 18 years old and above
    • At least HS (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
    • Preferably with CCE but not required
    • Excellent communication skills
