    The HR COE Specialist for Talent Management is responsible for the operation of one
    or several sub-modules of the talent module, including but not limited to C&Q,
    performance management, capabilities development, and promotion & appointment.
    Effectively understand and communicate relevant policies of the company and the
    region, and implement the adaptation and process operation in the rep office.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Internal management certification process (C&Q): provide C&Q expiration
    reminders, support C&Q related inquiries for employees, give C&Q operation
    reports for directors and HRBPs, and publicize C&Q (criteria and excellent
    cases) to create a climate, etc.

    Performance management:
    Effectively manage and operate all phases of
    performance management to ensure timeliness and standardization. Support
    HRBPs in conducting PBC audits and improving low-performing employees.

    Learning and development:
    Operate the capability development plan of the rep
    office, including but not limited to iLearning learning platform building and
    maintain, mentorship management, project review and tracking, and training
    organization.

    Promotion & appointment:
    Analyze the people-job coverage rate and provide
    support for employee appointment to ensure the timeliness of appointment.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or
    equivalent.


    • Passionate in interacting with all level of people and drive insights from interactions
    to turn into meaningful action plan.


    • Good command in English and Tagalog. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added
    advantage;


    • Meticulous, analytical, has passion to develop career in a fast moving, dynamic
    telecommunications industry;


    • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
    • Resilient, flexible and willing to learn.
