New Accounts Officer - Bicol Region - City Savings Bank

We are looking for a
results-driven and client-focused New Accounts Officer
to join our team. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients and growing the bank's deposit base through the promotion and sale of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell Current and Savings Account (CASA) products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
• Conduct fieldwork, client visits, and lead generation activities
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Assist clients in completing account opening requirements and documentation
• Ensure proper KYC/AML compliance during onboarding
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account processing and activation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and cross-selling
• Provide updates on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Preferably with at least 1–3 years of sales or banking experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
