- Provide email and call support to customers regarding online shopping items, delivery, and item concerns.
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with a business-level proficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Topik level 5-6 certificate is preferred.
