At 5 ELK we build high performing offshore teams that support financial advice businesses across Australia the UK New Zealand and beyond Our tribe thrives on energy collaboration and the desire to make an impact every day The ROLE As an Employee Relations Supervisor at 5 ELK you ll drive initiatives that boost tribe well being engagement strengthen communication and build meaningful workplace connections while ensuring our practices stay compliant just and on point What YOU LL DO Serve as the point of contact on fundamental HR issues and questions Partner with Senior Manager of HR on complex employee relations issues Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices Receive evaluate and respond appropriately to employee concerns Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend corrective actions Oversee review advise on employee grievance disciplinary processes Assist with the development implementation of diversity equity inclusion programs Identify risks challenges to the employee relationship Stay current with employee relations trends regulations legal requirements What WE RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor s degree in Psychology HR Employee Relations related field years hands-on experience in employeelabor relations Strong know-how in contracts policies workplace practices Keep HR practices fresh compliant aligned current trends What YOU CAN EXPECT AT 5 ELK Comprehensive benefits package including paid leaves Dayshift HMO day one training career development opportunities Fun social events supportive team culture Fixed weekends off Christmas New Year off Ready JOIN THE TRIBE If you are passionate about supporting people love solving challenges want make real impact on employee experience d love meet you
