- Has knowledge in budget preparation, technical management, understanding, analyzing information and problem solving, and quality management
- Experience in coordinating a planning, governance, and strategy process
- Solid understanding of sound internal control activities, practices, processes
- Previous experience in data governance or data management is a plus
- Possesses leadership and negotiation skills and experience/in-depth knowledge of the business and business requirements analysis
- Has excellent relationship management skills and a team player
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively across various functional levels to drive the timely resolution of identified areas of concern.
- Proven high performer with strong time management skills, ability to multitask, assertive, highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in operations is a plus
- Amenable to work in hybrid environment (can be onsite or work at home)
- Amenable to shifting schedules. Predominantly this role will be assigned in mid shift
- Drills down to root causes of performance issues, collaborating with business and process owners
- Provides meaningful process –related insights and analyses using data analytics and technology and making clear and concise recommendations to increase operational efficiency (e.g. cost reduction, increase revenue) and presenting these recommendations to Management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with key partners and cross-functional teams by conducting qualitative discovery exercise such as interviews, focus groups, observations, process mapping and review of metrics to be able to provide insights to Management and check status for improvement
- Owns, drives, and participates in the GEO governance meetings
- Drives/contributes to strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic and operational goals
- Ensure that all enabling programs and strategic projects and initiatives are measured, tracked, reported, and constantly aligned with company strategies (ie. Balanced Scorecard)
- Provides ad hoc support to Executive Leadership Team as required
