- Lead public relations campaigns to promote Mang Inasal's products, promotions, and community-focused brand image. Ensure messages are consistent across all channels and track campaign results.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders to increase brand presence and engagement. Coordinate collaborations and events that reflect Mang Inasal's values.
- Develop content and initiatives that position Mang Inasal as a leader in the industry. Handle urgent media or public matters and implement plans to manage any issues that could affect the brand's reputation.
- Continuously improve skills through trainings and workshops. Apply new knowledge to enhance team performance and share learnings to help the team grow.
- Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
- Must have at least 5-10 years of solid experience in public relations and crisis management
- Must have strong project management skills and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week).
