Role Description
The Bancassurance Financial Solutions Specialist will manage and develop strong client relationships to offer tailored insurance and financial solutions. This full-time role is based on-site in Bacolod and involves partnering with the Philippine National Bank branch network to understand customer needs, provide financial consultations, and recommend suitable Allianz products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product presentations, assisting with policy applications, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets in collaboration with bank partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or client consultations
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proficiency in understanding financial products and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities
- A result-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with bank partners
