Responsibilities

• Assist customers in troubleshooting plumbing and basic electrical issues via phone calls, emails, and live chat support.
• Provide expert guidance and support to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customers feel supported and valued throughout the process.
• Stay updated on the latest plumbing and electrical technologies and techniques to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• Background as an Electrician or Plumber, with hands-on experience in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate with customers.
• Knowledge of Australian systems would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
• Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in a related industry.
• Certification or training in electrical or plumbing systems would be a plus.
