    Job Responsibilities

     Due Diligence, Project Identification and consultation with end users

     Coordination with the end-users

     Demand Projection and Analysis

     Hydraulic Simulation and Modelling

     Risk Identification and mitigation

     Consultation and alignment of programs with external planners and other government

    agencies.

     Cost Benefit Analysis and Service Obligation Impact Analysis

     Calibration of the subsidiaries business plan and converting to operation plan.

     Prepare water and wastewater system feasibility studies.

     Makes timely decisions using available information considering the constrains and identified

    risks.

     Able to use effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate

    solutions.

     Able to take actions consistent with information and constraints provided and possible risks.

     Identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources,

    and identify alternative solutions.

     Develop a plan from the data and the recommended solutions.

     Develop plans to accomplish work and objectives.

     Prepare project schedule and predict the implication of the timeliness of the plan into the

    organizations goal

     Research on applicable technologies and equipment available in the industry/market.

     Reduces steps in a work process that result in time and cost savings.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     Licensed Civil Engineer

     With at least 7-year experience in water resources development and management

     Knowledge on environmental laws and programs

     At least 5-year management experience

     BentLey Water Gems Certification
