• GATE CHECK â This task focuses on securing the gates and other entries/exits of the property, securing parameters and all other suspicious activities identified on property. Conducts brief investigation, escalation to Fixed ES/DS/Leaders or call Dallas Operations if necessary. Create tickets for camera issues and compile all data to the daily report sheet. This task consists of multiple verticals such as Car Dealerships, Generals, Multi-Family, Offices, and Storage Facilities.
• GO-LIVE CHECK â This task consists of general checking of homeless people, open gates, doors, unusual, suspicious/criminal activities, and camera issues. Compile data in tracking sheet.
• GRNT CHECK â This task focuses on checking the GRNT accounts in terms of open gates, doors, individuals after hours, suspicious/criminal activities. This task also compiles all data for daily reports.
• GRNT CAMERA CHECK â This is a special task which identify all camera issues (customer and technical issues such as blur, foliage, disconnect, frequency, not recording), create service tickets and sends a daily report.
• HIGH-RISK/VIP ACCOUNTS CHECK â This task consists of checking the NVR recordings/camera checks for our VIP accounts. Compile all data for daily reporting.
  
  

• Comfortable in front of the computer over long periods of time
• Comfortably manipulate a computer using keyboard and mouse
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel, email, web browsing, etc.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
• Open to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
