- Oversee and assisting on recording and checking of inventory transactions in SUN System.
- Supervises physical inventory count.
- Monthly reconciliations of System inventory balances versus Operations and Sales records.
- Checking of Weighted Average cost of Inventory.
- Prepares inventory analysis for Write down and Write down Reversal Report.
- Inventory Listing Report: reconciliation of ledger vs Inventory and comparison of movements between months.
- Business Warehouse Global Contribution (BWGC) report and reconciliation of Sales volume, Revenue and Cost.
- Monthly analysis and comparison of sales price for premium products.
- Management Reports – Inventory and Credit Days.
- Assist in Tax and Audit/FS preparation.

Responsibilities
Inventory
A degree in BS Accountancy or equivalent experience preferably gained in a distribution company
CPA or equivalent with experience in Audit a definite advantage
Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation laws
Detail oriented, analytical, with sound business acumen
Strong collaboration, planning and communication skills
Willing to be based in Taguig City with occasional travels
