We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our internal team. This role will support hiring across multiple client engagements by managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening through candidate presentation. You will collaborate closely with our Managing Directors and Talent Partners to identify, evaluate, and recommend talent aligned with client needs.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment. While we have established recruiting workflows, we are looking for someone who can follow processes while also contributing ideas to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and overall hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for active job orders across a variety of roles and industries
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate experience, communication skills, and role alignment
Recommend qualified candidates to Managing Directors and Talent Partners for next steps
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within our CRM
Execute recruiting workflows and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage
Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps with candidates
Provide updates on candidate progress, hiring timelines, and sourcing outcomes
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, workflows, and recruiting effectiveness
Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

You possess excellent written and spoken English, have the ability to draft compelling job ads and communicate via Slack/email/video.
You thrive in a remote setting. You don't need hand-holding and take full ownership of your tasks from start to finish.
You can pivot between high-volume screening and executive-level outreach without losing focus or organization.
You are comfortable using ATS platforms and digital communication tools to stay connected with a localized team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles
Experience recruiting for international or remote roles
Demonstrated ownership of assigned roles and recruiting outcomes
Experience using CRMs or Applicant Tracking Systems
