Role Description

Are you a high-energy leader with a talent for driving sales through people? Huawei CBG Philippines is looking for a
Mall Manager
to take full ownership of our retail "Field Force." Unlike traditional property management, this role focuses entirely on overseeing our
Sales Promoters
and maximizing Huawei's sales performance within your assigned malls.

You will be the bridge between the Head Office and the frontline, ensuring our Promoters are motivated, well-trained, and hitting their daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promoter Supervision:
Directly manage and mentor a team of Sales Promoters across multiple malls. Conduct regular site visits to ensure attendance, grooming, and active engagement.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly "Sell-Out" reports. Identify underperforming malls or staff and implement immediate coaching or corrective actions.
Training & Coaching:
Ensure all Promoters are experts on the latest Huawei 1+8+N products (Smartphones, PCs, Wearables). Conduct "on-the-spot" training to improve sales pitch and closing techniques.
Inventory & Display Monitoring:
Ensure that demo units are functional and that visual merchandising (displays/posters) are compliant with Huawei's premium standards.
Mall Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for mall floor managers to ensure smooth operations for our Promoters and store activities.

Qualifications

Experience:
3+ years of experience in
Retail Sales Management
or
Field Force Supervision
, specifically in a promodiser/promoter-heavy environment.
Skills:
Excellent people management, sales coaching, and the ability to analyze sales data.
Availability:
Must be willing to travel between different malls within your assigned region.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with retail reporting apps and a deep interest in the consumer electronics industry.
