    As IT D365 Functional Analyst, you will ensure that applications developed by IT meets the standards and specifications that will lead to minimizing possible system issues, risks and cost of errors. Experienced in handling D365 application and business analysis.

    Microsoft D365 ERP Functional -BA

    A. Analyze and create business requirements and translate them into successful business processes and solutions based on industry best practices.

    B. Documents System Specification Requirements, Functional Requirements, Business Requirements

    C. Craft User Manuals and Decks to be used for system implementation.

    D. Revise documents as new issues or updates arise quarterly.

    E. Assists Finance departments who works in accounts receivable. Accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost management, or expenses.

    F. Understands Supply Chain Management industry standards

    G. Will be a key resource who works with developer, project leads, business and quality analyst manager, and functional consultant in finance and supply chain management

    Microsoft D365 ERP Functional - QA -Microsoft D365 ERP Functional - QA A. Implements and configures Dynamics 365 application to meet business requirements (SCM, Finance, Production and/or other modules of D365)

    B. Develop test plans, creates test cases and test scripts, executes test plans per translated requirements ensuring complete coverage of business requirements, and report test results on assigned IT projects to minimize systems errors and defects during implementation.

    C. Perform functional, regression and smoke testing on newly developed and enhanced systems to validate that system requirements are met.

    D. Responsible in collaborating with dev team and triages when bugs are logged.

    E. Investigate reported application issues, provide root cause analysis and report to IT Project Team for implementation of resolution.

    F. Standardize and document system testing procedures.

    G. Research and suggest new testing automation tool and methodologies for efficient and effective testing execution.

    H. Facilitate system post implementation review by gathering feedback from project end users to verify attainment of project objectives.

    D365 Support and Admin Tasks - A. Assist and provides support for D365 Application

    B. Performs Admin Tasks for D365, creation/maintaining of user accounts, set up and configurations

    C. Analysis on accounting related entries

    Additional Skills:

    System Documentation

    A. Assist the IT Project Team in project scoping and documenting business processes and requirements as basis for the testing and assessing project success.

    B. Documents System Specification Requirements, Functional Requirements, Business Requirements

    C. Craft User Manuals and Decks to be used for system implementation.

    D. Revise documents as new issues or updates arise quarterly.

    Qualifications

    1. Must have a Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent course, good English communication skills (both written and oral).
    2. Must have 3-5 years' experience in the IT Quality Assurance Testing and Business Analysis, D365 Application, Knowledge in Systems Development Lifecycle.
    3. Preferred but not required: Software Application Testing Trainings
    4. Amenable to work in Paranaque and do fieldwork.
