Job Description:
As our Operational Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations


Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize production processes and maximize productivity.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams, including production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive operational excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and process optimization to improve profitability.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in the [specific industry or sector].
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
