Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Brand Standards and Presentation:

• Maintain store displays and watch collections according to company brand standards, ensuring they are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Ensure that watches are correctly displayed, labeled, and that the store is always clean and welcoming to customers.

2. Customer Service:

• Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting watches based on their preferences and needs, showcasing knowledge of brands, features, and watch mechanics.
• Assist customers in understanding the quality, value, and craftsmanship of various timepieces.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Performance:

• Actively promote and sell watches, accessories, and related products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and product features to help drive sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and suggestions to customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to maintain a positive, high-energy sales environment.
• Support your colleagues in achieving team goals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work culture.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inventory Management:

• Assist with maintaining proper stock levels, ensuring that watches and accessories are available and organized in the store.
• Help with product replenishment, stocktaking, and ensuring proper handling of valuable items.

2. Operational Efficiency:

• Ensure efficient store operations, including processing sales transactions using the POS system, handling watch repairs, and managing customer orders.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures and ensure store security standards are followed.

3. Compliance:

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain awareness of security procedures for handling valuable items and managing customer transactions.

4. Safety and Security:

• Help maintain a safe environment for customers and staff by ensuring proper store safety practices and reporting any issues to management.

5. Other Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned:

• Assist with other store-related tasks as needed, including stock replenishment, store events, and promotional activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or College undergrad with relevant experience
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management
• Available to work a variety of hours (may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts)
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision
• Basic math proficiency Physically able to move, stand, reach, and grab for two consecutive hours or more (may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders)
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated selling skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Experience in Luxury Brand is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Fairview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,130.00 per month
