We're looking for a highly skilled, data-driven SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy and ensure that our clients dominate search rankings. This role will report directly to the Technical Director, working alongside a team of experts in content, development, and performance marketing to deliver world-class SEO solutions.
Your Role
As our SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and refining SEO strategies that deliver results. You'll work closely with content creators, web developers, and paid media specialists to maximize organic visibility, increase website traffic, and drive conversions. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on data, analytics, and innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute SEO Strategies – Build and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies that align with client goals and drive long-term organic growth.
Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis – Identify high-value opportunities to outperform competitors in search rankings.
On-Page & Technical SEO – Optimize site structure, metadata, schema markup, and content for search visibility and user experience.
Content Optimization & Collaboration – Work with content teams to create and enhance SEO-friendly content strategies.
Technical SEO Audits – Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and mobile UX.
Data & Performance Analysis – Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Link-Building & Digital PR – Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies that improve domain authority.
Algorithm & Industry Monitoring – Stay ahead of Google's latest updates and SEO best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Collaboration with Web & Paid Media Teams – Work closely with developers and paid media specialists to create a holistic digital marketing strategy.
Client Reporting & Strategy Refinement – Deliver clear, insightful reports on SEO performance and roadmap optimizations.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Proven track record of increasing organic search traffic and rankings through strategic SEO initiatives.
Deep expertise in SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including structured data, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Strong analytical skills – you know how to interpret SEO KPIs, organic performance trends, and conversion data to drive decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Local SEO & International SEO experience.
Understanding of how SEO integrates with paid media strategies (Google Ads, social, etc.).
Hands-on experience working with eCommerce SEO and large-scale digital properties.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related training.
