    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and track the progress of each step in operational processes to ensure compliance with internal and external timelines.
    • Assist the product management team in sales and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
    • Prepare and generate regular reports, including sales performance by product line, sales funnel analysis, and other relevant reports.
    • Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales administration and operations are met and achieved.
    • Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to sales administration to ensure compliance and consistency across processes.
    • Provide backup support for the team's system, ensuring continuity and reliability of operations.
    • Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by supervisors to support operational efficiency.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in communication, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in data management.
    • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret data insights.
    • Strong organization and attention to detail.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and manage tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel (Pivot/Vlookup/Xlookup/Conditional formatting), Powerpoint)
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to in-house systems (such as Salesforce and E-commerce tools)
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
    • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City.
