    Role Description

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Prior experience in a customer service management role preferred
    • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Healthcare experience is a PLUS.
