    The Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Recruitment and Training Associate to join our growing team in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our moderator program across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement strategic recruitment campaigns to identify and source high quality Moderators for our events taking place in the APAC region.
    • Regularly conduct interviews and onboard qualified moderators, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.
    • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of skilled moderators with diverse expertise.
    • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to equip moderators with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Provide regular feedback and mentorship to enhance moderator performance and foster continuous improvement.
    • Implement best practices and guidelines for moderators, to ensure consistent quality and exceptional service across events.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales & Operations) to understand client needs and identify the ideal moderator, for each event.
    • Oversee moderator scheduling and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with moderators keeping them informed of program updates and opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure efficient collaboration and a positive event experience for all parties.
    • Build strong relationships with all Moderators and represent the Ortus Club in a professional and structured manner.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates who are entry-level or with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
    • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in events coordination, program management, or a similar role
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, CRM systems
    • Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
