Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work with the stakeholders in defining project targets, expectations and commitments;Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;Work with Technical and Resource Managers to ensure resource availability and allocation;Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and report to Management;Submit quarterly comprehensive reports on all project implementation and budget status.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;Manage skillfully the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;Carefully plan and identify risks involved in a project to minimize risks;Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;Manage project team and delegate tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels;Drive successful project completion and ensure quality of deliverables;Provide incident management and support project team for the duration of the project.
