Japanese Bilingual SDV Consulting Manager

Principal Duties:
To bring industry knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Automotive/Industrial Industry to deliver business value.
To work with leading Automotive and Industrial clients, major customers, and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate Platforms solutions to meet changing business challenges
Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies
Proven consulting experience across different geographies
Key responsibilities of the role:

• Assess Value Potential for Platforms transformation program and architect the value proposal. Articulate Value Proposition to C Suite
• Proven knowledge of CAD/CAM 3D modeling and drafting software's such as CATIA V5/V6, NX, Solid works
• Hands on experience on creation/updating of model base system Engineering frameworks
• BOM database management using different PLM related tools
• Strong understanding about Automotive Product Development Lifecyle
• Key focus on solutioning Software Defined Vehicle related use cases for clients and thought leaderships
• To harness extensive industry knowledge, people, and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions
• Techno-functional Consulting background on Digital Transformation and Product Strategy in Automotive context

Qualifications:

• Japanese Native or N1 Certified required
• B.E. in Mech/Automobile and MBA
• 8-10 yrs of experience on Industry or Consulting roles
• Experience on next generation technologies like AI/ML etc.
• Understanding of SysML and 1D simulation modeling
