Full Stack Developer - Pasig - Aurecon

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (1 year contract, potential to extend). This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital solutions and applications, including AI-driven tools and internal projects that enhance Aurecon's competitiveness.

You will work across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)—from inception and design to build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support—ensuring technical quality, security, and reliability in all deliverables. The role requires strong collaboration with international teams and a focus on delivering innovative, high-quality software products.

What will you do?

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): inception, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.
• Collaborate with international development teams on software development, prototyping, and code reviews to build scalable products.
• Ensure technical quality, security, and reliability across all digital products.
• Apply robust coding practices, maintain test coverage, and deliver solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications (Required)

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with strong knowledge of modern development practices and Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, including ReactJS/NextJS with TypeScript, , Python (Flask), and REST API best practices
• Experience with AI development, including Python-based frameworks (e.g., langchain, pedantic_ai), RAG, embeddings, vector search, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Solid understanding of databases and architecture, including relational and non-relational databases (MS SQL, CosmosDB), data modeling, and schema design

Please note that this role is a for a contract employment for 12 months / 1 year.
