Job Summary

Responsible for servicing cash requisitions, cash turnover, deposit pick-up and delivery, deposit and withdrawal to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Regional Offices or request turnover to Cash Services Division (CSD), ATM cash loading requirements, and Local Depository Bank transactions of branches under its umbrella.

Job Description

1. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Ensure that workload is well managed and completed within a specified time with accuracy and efficiency.

Details of Function:

A. Workload for the day is well managed and daily transactions are completed within specified time.

B. Ensure accurate receipt and posting of all deposit pick up to avoid shortage and overage.

2. INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESS

Executes regular and assigned functions in strict adherence to existing rules and regulations, whether internal or from regulators and delivers the services in a timely, competent and friendly manner.

I. Offsite ATM Cash Loading / Unloading Activities

II. Branch Services (Request / Turnover)

III. Cash Turnover to CSD (MMLA CHB)

IV. ACT AS BANK's BSP REPRESENTATIVE for CHB Provincial – BSP transactions (Cash Deposit/Withdrawal)

V. ACT AS BANK's BSP REPRESENTATIVE for CHB Provincial – Due From Local Bank (DFLB) Transactions:

3. COSTUMER

Develop and maintain positive working relationship with both internal and external customers, adheres to bank standards on customer service.

Details of Function:

A. Services and greets clients with a smile and warm disposition using the standard greeting spiel. B. After service is rendered to the client, verbally expresses thanks with a smile.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• Good communication skills both English and Filipino
• Experience in basic branch frontline functions-preferred
